Forest Service just notified me that the only campgrounds that will be open Memorial Day Weekend will be:
Upper Kern: Limestone, Camp 3, and Headquarters.
Lake Isabella: Camp 9, Paradise Cove, and Auxiliary.
No campfires allowed below 5000'.
Voice message at Forest Service contact number says all campgrounds are closed. Forest Service says that recording is incorrect.
